Manifesto
Why do we exist? What we refuse. Where we’re going.
We believe travel is one of the most powerful forces in the world — but only if it’s done with intention, not indulgence.
We’ve seen too much.
Cities turned into stage sets.
Communities were pushed out of their own homes.
Beaches flooded. Cultures diluted.
Neighborhoods Airbnb'd into silence.
We don’t want to stop traveling.
We want to start traveling differently.
We are not against movement —
We are against mindless mileage.
We choose meaning over miles.
We believe in slow mornings, local voices, and walking not rushing.
We listen before we book.
We look beyond what’s trending.
We value presence over proof.
We are not here to collect places.
We are here to understand them.
We stand with residents whose homes are overrun.
With cities asking for breathing room.
With communities that want visitors, not consumers.
We believe every trip is a vote for the kind of world we want to live in.
We don’t want loyalty points. We want a connection.
We don’t chase bucket lists. We follow curiosity.
We are done with extractive travel.
This is not a campaign.
It’s not a brand.
It’s not content.
It’s a shift.
A stance.
A refusal to keep moving without asking: why?
We are No More Miles — and we are just getting started.
About Me

Hi, thanks for dropping by!
Hi, I’m Thomas — a traveler who once chased miles and markers, until I started asking what all that movement was really leaving behind.
I created No More Miles as a way to rethink travel — not to stop it, but to slow it down, reconnect it with meaning, and make space for the people and places we visit.
This isn’t about guilt.
It’s about curiosity, respect, and responsibility.
If that resonates with you — welcome in.
Let’s wander wisely.
T.
